The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) releases a report stating that Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) is regularly detected in United States airspace.
According to the report, this phenomena appears ‘to exhibit unusual flight characteristics’ and ‘appears to demonstrate advanced technology.’
The ODNI report confirms that “most of UAP reported probably do represent physical objects given that a majority of UAP are registered across multiple sensors, to include radar, infrared electro-optical, weapon seekers and visual observation.” (1)

David Grusch files a whistle blower complaint with the Office of the Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG) alleging that the US Government is in the possession of ‘non-human intelligence craft’ and biological material that is ‘non-human’. (2)
After interviewing witnesses, referred by Grusch, with first-hand knowledge of the subject as well as examining supporting documentation, the ICIG finds the claims ‘urgent and credible’. (3) (4)

The Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 is passed by the Senate.
Historical and ground breaking, the Act includes a requirement that any entity in possession of UAP related materials make “all such material and information as well as a comprehensive list of all non-earth origin or exotic unidentified anomalous phenomena material be made available to the Director for assessment, analysis and inspection not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act.’’(5)

After receiving classified information that has not being made public, a bipartisan group of senators led by Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Senator Mike Rounds (R-SD) introduces an amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for fiscal year 2024.
The bill explicitly defines and uses the term Non-Human Intelligence 17 times.
“(12) Non-Human Intelligence – The term ‘non-human intelligence’ means any sentient intelligent non-human lifeform regardless of nature or ultimate origin that may be presumed responsible for unidentified anomalous phenomena or of which the Federal Government has become aware.”
The bill states that the US Government will have the domain of any recovered non-human origin technological and biological material.
“ (a) Exercise of Eminent Domain – The Federal Government shall exercise eminent domain over any and all recovered technologies of unknown origin and biological evidence of non-human intelligence that may be controlled by private persons or entities in the interests of the public good.” (6)
