About the NHIR Institute

The NHIR Institute is focused on advancing science and policies surrounding Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) that is linked to non-human intelligence.

Founded by Australian neuroscientist and businessman Dr Anton Uvarov, our team and those we work with share the conviction that there is a critical need to support and progress collaborative scientific research in to the phenomenon.

The first organisation of its kind in the Australasian region, NHIR Institute research projects draw on collaborations with leading scientists across the globe in the fields of astrophysics, astronomy, physics, engineering, data analytics, chemistry and other disciplines.

Committed to research that deepens our understanding and breaks down the enigma in relation to the phenomenon, it is our firm hope that our learnings will contribute to the development of key solutions to the challenges facing our planet.

Enhanced scientific knowledge, derived from rigorously tested and reviewed empirically driven research is an essential foundation for the informed public and key decision-maker discussion that is needed to shape sound policy direction.

While advancing research through credible data is at the heart of our endeavours, we acknowledge that there are benefits in studying personal testimonials and experiences.

We welcome public disclosure of information from governments about the phenomenon, most importantly for its critical value in advancing the study of these technologies, however, we emphasise that we respect the need to protect national and global security.

Ultimately, the purpose of the NHIR Institute is to ensure that the advancement of science and the consequent more informed discussion will contribute to the development of technologies and policy making by governments which better serve and protect the world we live in.
